Terrible customer service, Consuela was very rude... unable to explain any reason for extra charges. Unable to attend to the request of purchasing a new phone without an upgrade fee for a phone thats 3 years old and was given to me..

Wonderful customer service and friendly employees. If you have not had a chance to stop by you missing out. Also, they have affordable service plans and great deals like the $25 referral program.
