I called in to try to find an item and I felt that the guy who was on the phone was not listening to my needs. As in, I wanted to find out if they had any intel NIC cards, and the guy demanded a part number... I kept trying to tell him that anyone would do, but he refused to even look in his stock. Lazy and inattentive...
