The guy who answered the phone didnt know anything, and hung up on me when I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said I yelled at him when I told him for the third time I had no photos on the phone. It is not about him. It is about the customer. Maybe I should get an iPhone.

I go to this verizon often for my new phones. However, It seems like there are more people than employees. Every one is super nice. Seems understaffed.
