HORRIBLE staff. JOEL is RUDE and laughed at me instead of trying to fix my problem. I called Customer Service and they directed me to the branch I bought my phone at, which was them, and while I explained my problem and what needed to be done to fix it HE LAUGHED and said no.

Rude and unprofessional staff member. Terrible attitude and talked over me instead of listening.

Verizon needs to settle this strike. Until then, no business with Verizon.
