Im so glad I bought my Sperrys locally and not online. The manager Melvin, really wants to make sure he takes good care of his customers. I had an issue well after 30 days which he took care of quickly and without a hassle. While online shopping may be convenient, there is no substitute for great customer service.

More expensive than DSW. Must be the "Sanibel" price for outlets.
