Terrible customer service. The employees seem like they dont want to be there, let alone want to help a customer. God forbid you go in there with an issue and not want to buy something. Ive been in there twice, not going back for third visit.

The young lady Kerry has helped me several times and knows about phone issues. No hard sell or things of that nature. She always answers my questions, is friendly and professional.
