Bought a freezer 1 year and 1 month ago. Freezer died on me. Sears response is we can send out a tech which cost $129.00 plus parts. Do I need to say more. This is how sears back up their products.

awesome, it was great customer service. the review before me is really immature, of course sears isnt going to cover a product you bought a YEAR ago.
