Went to get a new phone activation and the Sales Rep didnt completely transfer my pictures nor my contacts because he was trying to take care of another customer at the same time. Even though I was first and had waited a long time, he didnt complete my transaction completely. I did cancel my service with them and went to a different cellphone company!! Wouldnt recommend!!

Jordan Fuller @ the Edgewood Rd Sprint location is a smart, professional salesperson who was very helpful when sorting through my issues there. If you are looking to go with Sprint service, definitely spend your money with him.

At Edgewood Rd location. Understaffed, long wait times. Treated as an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. Terrible customer service. Go to Blairs Ferry Rd. Location, good people there.
