Rudy is awesome! I had my bike stolen and was looking for something special and at a special price. He helped me pick out what was best for me and actually spent time with me to let me ask questions. He wasnt pushy or condescending. AND! He was open on Monday!!! Support your local small businesses! Thanks again Rudy! I love my Gary Fisher Trek!

Worst customer service EVER. dont ask about the hubs being stock or not. He will basically tell you youre stupid and go do research.
