Worst North Face store in America. I feel uncomfortable whenever I go there because they follow you around like youre going to steal something! This guy followed my mom and I around the whole time. We kindly told him we didnt need help 3 times! We were so upset that we didnt purchase from that store and went to the one in Anne Arundel Mills.

Took over 30 minutes to attempt to verify a gift card. Customer service definitely not a strong point at this store.
