Im so saddened at all the bad reviews here. No one at Taylor has ever been rude to me and Ive always been pleased with flower purchases and those received via Taylor. The only downside Ive ever had is the parking.

Refuse to be reasonable. DO NOT USE!!!! Their hours are unreasonable, rude on the phone and the flowers are worse than Market Basket.

Ok flowers but the WORST customer service Ive experienced in a long time. They make you feel like an inconvenience
