The store and the area that it is in are very run down. The woman who helped my friend and I was very unprofessional and was on her phone the entire time. Also, the area right outside the door is broken and I tripped and could have gotten really hurt! Needs to be maintained better.

The girl at the desk was very nice but so long winded about everything. Took me nearly an hour to get two phones set up.
