I went to the Cobbs Corner store at 6:50 pm and asked if I could drop my phone off for repair, I wasnt going to take up too much time, but the employee says "not 10 minutes before we close". I could see he was with a customer but how long would it take to process a repair ?? There were 2 other people there, not sure if they were employees or not, but it was a rude reply and I commented "no problem, I will take my business elsewhere." which I did.

Horrible customer service, not willing to help fix mistakes made by their partners. Employees are rude and condescending. i would rather drive 45 minutes out of my way than have to deal with this store again.

Awful customer service, kept telling me my new phone would be in the following day and when I finally called Sprint customer service found out it was on back order until late October.
