Technology is lacking. Called to verify when I would receive my order and they were unable to give me an estimate. Its 2017, you should be able to pull up an order placed online. Quality is amazing, everything weve ordered has lasted the entire year and then some.

Understaffed and queues are outrageous! Could be because I went there 2 weeks prior to school opening
