Called up to check on the delivery of an order that I place in-person at this store, and the sales rep was rude and completely unhelpful. Told me that she couldnt help me and that I should call their general customer service number because thats what she would have to do any way. I couldve ordered it online and saved myself the grief.

Very helpful in deciding on curtains! Great taste and knowledge of what they have to offer.
