Absolutely awful. Called to see if they had the protein before I arrived and they said come in since they couldnt help me over the phone. Then I drive up to the store and the door is locked and no one answers the phone during business hours. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

Excellent consistent stock and selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely the best GNC Ive found in Rochester so far.

Good supplements but theyre a bit overpriced. Find what you need there then order off of amazon.
