On a trip back from Pittsburgh, our battery completely failed, was leaking sulfuric acid, and needed replaced. We called ahead to make sure they had the battery we needed for our 2008 Malibu, and had our car towed to Autozone in Ravenna, Ohio. Elizabeth Bishop gave us outstanding customer service. She removed our old battery and installed the new one, and we were back on the road toward home in no time. We appreciated the prompt, fast and friendly service. I was impressed. Give Elizabeth a raise!

Terrible service both employees were very rude and refused to do a price match on Lucas oil treatment that is $9.57 at home depot and they want $12.99. He got upset when I asked them to match the price and thought auto parts stores were the only place to buy it. He has very minimal knowledge of cars and gets upset when I tell him thats not the part I need.

Was able to get my battery tested and replaced for a reasonable price very quickly. Matt was a ton of help and I appreciate the service.
