Local CORVALLIS, OR store associates knowledgeable and cheerful - thx. SLAHR12-9FR was a drop-in replacement for APC BE550G UPS requiring RBC110 battery. The UPS no is longer blinking the red eye and whining at 3AM. The only descrepancy was store associate said warranty was 1 year and website says 3 years - which is it? Also even though the website offers a 10% discount for online purchase and pick up in store, the store was handing out 10% coupons.

Never have I been there and either found exactly what I needed or an expert advise of how to fix my problem or where to go to get it fixed. All this has always come with friendly help and a big smile. I am beyond satisfied with their products and even more with their service.

Very condescending sales person. Im very disappointed because I have heard so many great things about this place. Instead, another local company fixed what this person tried to upsell me on for twice the price it took to repair.
