"We dont sell to just anybody," says the hag behide the counter. It is still legal to tattoo without a permit in Pennsylvania so why is this an issue. You are better off putchasing supplies online. Its cheaper, not as much hassle, and much friendlier service. If I could rate this store a 0 star, I would. Go bankrupt.

Ive had crazy shipping problems lately, and theyve given me amazing customer service in an attempt to fix the problem which isnt theirs. You cant ask for better service. Thanks again!

unfriendly service , the lady behind the counter was very rude. Dont waste your time calling , I recommend just buying it online and waiting a few days
