They would not install my SIM card into a new phone I bought. I called customer service to verify this and they are allowed to install T-Mobile SIM card into a new phone. Will never go to this store again. Bill was my associate.

Great service! Not like the typical cell phone store, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
