Bent the frame of my glasses and after several times trying to fix correctly they told me that the frame is ready to break, but were not going to replace the frame even with me buying the warranty until the warranty runs out. The quality of the higher end frames is lousy, the rest of the service is good-but the buy one get one includes only the basics and anything else is extra including the 1 year breakage warranty, save youre money and go somewhere else
