when you call in you wont speak to a person at the store . When you order something from them they dont stock you will be told it will be at the store next day. I went to the store and they say its gonna be days before it comes in .I will never order from them again what a waste of time .

Grainger solved all my problems with attentive, thoughtful, and patient customer service as well as person after person who really knew what they were doing. Such a great experience.

Are they even a company? All they do is drop ship. If you want real service go to Fastenal!
