I was surprised at the bad customer service. I had to wait outside the store to make a return, when the store didnt have a lot of people in it. Then, the cashier didnt know how to do a return, making amother cashier do it for her, which slowed down the line. The more experienced girl was rude the whole time.

Would not let me in the store because of "quality control." Heres quality control: I was going to buy my brother a watch for Christmas here - now I am not.
