Went to get an oil change and was told it would be around 30mins as there was only one person ahead of me. I waited an hour before I went to ask what was up and was told that they never even started the oil change because I had an oil leak. I waited an HOUR for them to tell me this! Worst experience ever.

I place my order and got confirmation email. I went to pick up pictures only to find out their printer was broken and no one notified me.
