The pharmacy tech was very unprofessional and rude. He had the nastiest tone when speaking. They need to train their people on customer service and how to answer simple questions without an attitude. Will never advise anyone to get their prescriptions filled here.

This rite aid is great. The only rite aid in Chesapeake Ive never had problems with. The staff is kind, efficient and helpful.
