Great speedy service, very knowledgeable staff, military discount, all the right items on target for our cars no second guessing on all items......very, very happy, it was worth the extra 10 mile drive, thanks NAPA in Williamsburg, Virginia for supporting our Troops.....Hooah!!!

A few of the employees just sit around all day looking at the internet smoking cigarettes, pretty lazy and vapid. Ive dealt with them for years, and they have had the same manager for years, who is a good guy.
