Gave them 2 tries. 1st was watch battery that lasted two weeks. And the man who helped us dropped watch on counter and was unfriendly. 2nd had a simple repair. I feel excessively high price. Repair is good quality. Lady was friendly. Will try another place next time.

Extremely happy with my purchase! Awesome sales staff and they have a goldsmith right on the premises (this is a rare find!) who does wonderful work! I would not hesitate to recommend Feagans to my friends and family!
