Went on Black Friday for doorbusters deal and the seasonal employee was having a hard time adding coupons to the purchase and reprinting receipts. A manager was alert and aware and immediately came over to assist. Later another manager overheard us talking about an item that rang up at a diferent price than was listed on the rack and she fixed that in the computer as well. Overall it was excellent service.

I could give it 5-stars if only it featured its own parking lot. Not a fan of driving around looking for street meter parking. Once inside things are nice and relaxing, until you realize you have only 4 minutes left on your parking meter and the cashier wants to tell you stories and you fear the meter maid is counting down the seconds with an evil cadence (apologies to the Judy Hops of the world).

The associates seem to always be stressed in their positions. The overall atmosphere should change from being fake and superficial to all sharing the same goal of customer satisfaction and a welcomed workplace.
