The store is always crowded with kids from the nearby school,. but theres only one store manager. While everyone lined up to be served, he was casually talking on his phone.

9 out of 10 times Ive had great, friendly customer service. They have a good selection and will go above and beyond to track down a title you need if they dont have it.

Staff is great, always need talking about games which is fun to listen to. They also help find games, if you want a new game but dont know what to get.
